Here is my lovely pot of soup...whole chicken cooked with cloves of garlic...then de-skinne and deboned. Add in carrots, celery and onions (I personally don't use any spices and it still tastes great!). After the vegetables cook a bit I add in noodles and then I add dumplings!
I half the recipe on the Bisquick box for dumplings for one person...however, even halved there is enough dumplings for two...wanna come over for dinner sometime?!?
So delicious on a cold fall evening!
