New Reality Show

First of all....this post is for Marcie!!!! I was getting online to do some posts and found a comment from her, and I quote, "Dude, you need to write a new post!" Obviously my reading audience is protesting and about to mutiny....


So the last thing I need is to be hooked on a new reality show...no matter how interesting it is!!! I was sitting at home last night flipping through the channels...not a whole lot on Friday nights. I watched So You Think You Can Dance (yes, it is usually on Thursdays; however, our Fox station was broadcasting about the fires on Thursday and replayed it for us on Friday...wasn't that nice of them? I digress...back on track) and What Not to Wear (love me some Stacy and Clinton!!!). And then the random, mindless zipping through stations....

...and what did I find? MTV Juvies!!!

OMG!!! This show is frankly, quite funny. The show is obviously on MTV and it follows two teens who are booked into juvie for anything from burglary, to reckless endangerment to being reported as a runaway (some mom actually had her son arrested in her home and taken to juvie because she claimed he had run away...me? I think I would be excited if my child really did runaway and then come home!). They show the whole process of being brought in, the intake session, their stay and their court day! Who knows, maybe teens watching this show will see it and realize that they might go there if they don't shape up...if it helps anyone than hallelujah.

I don't think this will be a show that I religiously watch like some of my other reality shows, but it was fun to watch on a nothing is on Friday night!
