Educational Family Fun

Do you like to spend time with your family? Do you know it is great if you spend time with your children helping them extend the things they learn at school while at home? A lot of people think that their child learns at school and home isn't for learning! What a sad state of thinking. However, there is a way for you and your child to take learning home and have fun at the same time! There is this site that offers science kits for sale that you can use at home! My sister and I got a microscope and slides for Christmas one year and we had a blast looking at anything and everything...I think we might have even looked at boogers (you'd think we were boys, but nope girls can be just as gross!). A couple of things that I would buy off this site would be an anatomy model and a solar system set. I go for these two because they are things I have actually studied in school and are subjects that are absolutely fascinating. I love to see how things work and seeing a human skeleton/model and the solar system in action are fantastic. I think I made a solar system with my friend Dani for a science fair when I attended Sumner Junior High back in the 80's!
