Investing for the Future

What do you do to now that is an investment for the future, in regards to actual investments? Do you stick to your 401(k) plan from your job? Do you invest monthly in an IRA (individual retirement account)? Do you simply have savings that you put money into every month? I have started my own investments the last few weeks, and hopefully saving for my future. I have started an IRA account, a Money Market account, and I have a savings account. What else could I do to invest in my future though? There is a company, Global Futures, that helps individuals find what they are seeking in the financial investment arena. They have great platforms to invest in, resources, support, promotions and they are globally minded in that they speak your language (literally...they are able to speak to clients in a slew of languages so that everyone who wants to invest is able to speak with someone comfortably).
