Yum, look what we had for dinner tonight! Quesadillas....and they were oh so delicious! Barb, Charlie and I headed down the hill to Rodney and Holly's for dinner. Holly got this nifty quesadilla maker for a wedding shower gift.
It is fast, it is easy to clean and it makes great quesadillas. We made ours with just chicken and cheese but you could make it with anything you wanted inside. And I bet it is faster than making them on the stove. How much fun and how easy would this be if you had kids!
I think that I will be buying one of these when I have my own kitchen!
