Why do I give you these two definitions? This is what happened to me today! And unfortunately happens quite frequently. It started about Noon, I took four Aleve after school, went home and went to bed. I was hoping that I would only need to sleep for an hour or so, OH NO...I went to sleep at 3pm and woke up at 7pm. It was so bad today that I even turned my phone off so no one could bother me. UGH...I don't understand why my body does this. It is something I have suffered with since I was a child, but it doesn't get any better as I get older. I've learned to live with it and realize it is a part of my life, but man oh man does it SUCK. So it is feeling a bit better now, but there are still some tendrils of pain threading through out the front of my head.

I suppose having headaches like this isn't great when you are trying to wean yourself off of coffee and caffiene?

Are you trying to wean yourself off coffee & pop because of the upcoming mission trip?
I hope you feel better now!
I'm sure it is from the lack of caffine!

No, it is just a goal of mine to not drink or eat so unhealthily (spelled right) this year. Lack of caffeine surely has something to do with it, but i've suffered from migraines all my life so this just makes it that much WORSE.

In fact while in Asia I'll probably have to drink some pop as water isn't always an option!
