There is a fantastic getaway in Provincetown near the Cape Cod beaches....one that means beaches! two...cape cod, we can go and mingle with all the other upper echelon of society matrons....or we can just go visit and have fun!
Once there where is the best place for Provincetown lodging? One of the best is probably the Carpe Diem Guesthouse, which the owners have dedicated to the "Dead Poet's", they even have a Walt Whitman living room. I suppose you could go here and feel inspired to write poetry or that long lost novel that is burning deep within your soul...me? I'll go to the beach!! Once there, there is so much to do at the Guesthouse and in town...you can visit the peaceful patios that give off the idea of being in beautiful gardens, eat a German breakfast cooked by one of the owners, relax in the common room...the choices are endless! In town there are activities year round...watch boats sailing, paint on the beach, find a concert or go whale watching...the choices are many! Have fun staying at the Carpe Diem Guesthouse...I just like saying that name...way cool!
